  • Production Time: 3–5 business days for all products
  • Shoes: 5–7 business days due to additional production steps and order volume

Once production is complete, your order will be packed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days after shipping
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier services

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
    Please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If still missing, contact us.
  • Lost or Delayed:
    If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, we will investigate and offer a solution.
  • Incorrect Address:
    We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

🔄 Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, or customs rejection, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
